Lovely hotel, great room with sea view. It is one of the tallest hotels we saw in Goa, the hotel itself is a bit of a eye sore, however it had brilliant views of the beach and ocean. Room was old fashioned but very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is amazing right on the beach. Beach is very clean and there are some lovely restaurants along it. About 5 minutes away from the airport, perfect if you have a early flight like we did.

It was a bit quirky I terms of the furnishings but comfortable. Staff were friendly and offered assistance with ideas on places to go. The cleaning staff and dining room staff were fantastic at providing information about the location and explaining the food choices all of which was very tasty. The view was beautiful and the beach just outside the hotel was clean. Great swims every day. The local taxi driver, Prim, was always very helpful offering information about the locale from a local perspective. Location is relatively good once you find a driver who acts as a tour guide with some excellent suggestions on things to do and see. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so relaxing and enjoyable. We will be back

Location and accessibility to explore the area. There is currently some maintenance going on, so I can see that they wanting to keep the property at its best.

Spacious and clean rooms. Nice location with a good view from sea view room. Courteous staff. Our flight was very late at night so they allowed us use of the room for a further 7 hours for half the price of an overnight stay which meant we had full use of the facilities, more or less, until we departed for our flight.

The best location in South Goa, right on the beach. The view from our room was breathtaking. The airport is only 10 minutes drive. The breakfast and buffet was particulsarly impressive. The staff was very friendly and helped us in every way including a transportation to the airport. I have been visiting Goa from USA for the past 20 years. I found this jem accidentally and fell in love with it. and plan to stay at this hotel every year. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Goa.

Everything was fantastic! The room was clean and comfortable. We had a beautiful sea view. The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful, and went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. The food was delicious and there were lots of options for all tastes. They were great with providing taxis and recommendations for exploring. Staying here was so peaceful and serene.

Commitment from staff. Managers tend to bask in the glory of the working staff. I must acknowledge the" service with a smile" from working staff whom we take for granted. Support this establishment and ensure that the working staff get just rewards for their labour. I'm so proud being Indian.

The property was superb. Well kept. Very cordial staff. The manager was very helpful in upgrading our room though after a brief discussion. Overall fantastic stay.

Friendly staff. Close to the beach. But beach was dirty unlike South African beaches. Meals were good but overpriced.
